Mavrenski Law Firm is seeking a “ROCKSTAR” intern searching for a unique internship experience in legal processes within the Information Technology Law field! We are looking for a confident and independent Legal Intern who is determined to add value in developing and assisting with a variety of legal tasks. The Legal Intern will assist our Information Technology Law team as well as conduct detailed research on social media and social networks policies and the newest developments.

Interested candidates are expected to commit 10 to 15 hours per week throughout the up to 8-week internship, dates are available beginning April 2020. Mavrenski Law Firm comprehend that candidates may have additional school obligations; these conflicts and Students will have flexibility in setting their in-office schedules. This is a volunteer position but it may be eligible for course credit (must be pre-approved with your university).

Requirements
Eligible applicants must currently be enrolled in a graduate or postgraduate program in the field of IT and commercial law.

English:
IELTS Academic Test or
TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT)

Serbian: Native speaker

Interested in following:

  • the compliance of IT systems with legal requirements;
  • the management of legal risks arising out of IT systems;
  • contracts and agreements relating to IT systems; and
  • the resolution of disputes relating to IT systems.

Tasks:
Researching social media and social platforms policies and the newest developments and updates.
